Registration details for ICSEB 2027. Authors must register for inclusion of accepted papers in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore® (subject to IEEE quality review and standards).

Registration Guidelines
- Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference.
- One registration is valid for presenting one paper only. Additional papers may require additional registration as per policy.
- Registered author must attend and present the paper in the assigned session (oral/poster) for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.
- Proof of IEEE membership / student status (for Indian and foreign authors) must be provided at the time of registration.
- Registration fee includes access to technical sessions, conference kit, lunch and refreshments on conference days.
Payment Information
Detailed bank account / online payment gateway details will be provided here. Authors and delegates will be able to pay the registration fee through NEFT/RTGS/Bank transfer or an online payment link.
- After completing the payment, participants must upload the payment proof (UTR/transaction ID) in the registration form.
- The registration form link will be shared on this page as well as via email to accepted authors.
- Invoices/receipts will be issued in the name and affiliation provided in the registration form.
Cancellation Policy
As per standard IEEE conference norms, cancellation and refund (if applicable) will be limited and subject to administrative charges. Detailed policy will be announced along with complete payment instructions.
